The profit ratio would be between 50:50 to 60:40 based on the property location
Project timeline
Once the project is agreed upon

A typical construction period would take between 7 - 9 months for the area below 10,000 sq.ft & 12 - 18 months for the area above 10,000 sq.ft

For plots under 3,000 sq.ft, it would take around 3 months for completion
