Project timeline

Once the project is agreed upon

 

• A typical construction period would take between 7 - 9 months for the area below 10,000 sq.ft & 12 - 18 months for the area above 10,000 sq.ft

 

• For plots under 3,000 sq.ft, it would take around 3 months for completion
